Spring Floral Window Card
1. Using a stamping platform, stamp the Peony Print rubber cling stamp with clear VersaMark ink. Emboss with gold pearl embossing powder and a heat tool. Using the Peony Print stencils, ink blend the image with Raspberry Bliss for the flowers and Storm for the leaves.
2. Ink blend an A2 panel with Raspberry Bliss ink and die cut with the Embroidered Blooms die. Repeat the process with Storm ink.
3. Lay a white card base flat on the bottom cutting plate for the die cut machine. With low tack tape, tape the embossed and colored A2 size panel to the front of the card base. Position the largest die from the Essential Nested Oval Dies in the middle of the card front and secure with tape. Place top cutting mat on top to create the sandwich and run through the machine.
4. Detach the card base from the from the colored panel, but do not detach the die from the colored panel. Attach a white A2 to the back of the colored panel and run through the die cutting machine again.
5. Take the second largest die from the Essential Nested Elongated Oval Dies and attach to the ink blended oval that you now have. Repeat the process from the previous step, creating three smaller ovals, one ink blended.
6. Cut an A2 sized panel from acetate.
7. Using the second largest die from the Essential Nested Elongated Oval Dies, cut an oval from vellum.
8. Using the Jody Lowercase Alpha dies, die cut the letters for "love you" in gold cardstock.
9. Assemble the card by attaching the colored panel to the outside of the card base with glue. Next attach the acetate panel to the inside front of the card base. Back to the outside, attach one white oval to the back of the ink-blended oval and attach the vellum oval to the front of the ink-blended oval. Then attach the ink-blended oval in the middle of the window you have created on the card using foam tape. Glue the extra white frame piece to the inside of the front of the card to hide the glue and glue the last white oval to the inside of the acetate to match with the oval on the outside to hide the glue.
10. Attach the die cut stems and blossoms and the letters. Add Clear Drops: Ice to finish the card.
