Pinkfresh Studio September Challenge 2025 Grateful for You

Steps to re-create this card:

1. Cut the background panel with the Intricate Stitched Ovals Coverplate Die from black cardstock.

2. To create the embroidery hoop, cut the hoop from kraft card stock using the Embroidery Hoops Die and then cut the center again from white cardstock. Then die cut the white center with the Dotted Chevron Coverplate Die. Using double sided adhesive, attach the frame to the white circle. Die cut the pin from gold cardstock. Use liquid glue to adhere the pin to the frame.

3. Using a stamping platform, stamp the Thanks for Being There flowers onto white cardstock using Misty Coast Ink. Make sure to leave the stamp on the lid of the stamping platform. Ink blend the flowers using the Thanks for Being There Stencil using the following colors: Mulberry Blush for stencil number 1, Clementine for stencil number 2, Sweet Mustard for stencil number 3, and Spanish Moss for stencil number 4.

4. Place the ink blended image back into the same position in the stamping platform. Ink up the stamp with Detail Black and stamp over the ink blended image. Die cut the image using the Thanks for Being There die and cut 2 blanks from white cardstock. Glue the blanks to the back of the ink blended image.

5. Take the smallest tag die from the Shaker Tag Book Die and cut the tag from gold cardstock.

6. Using the Fall Leaf Die, cut the leaves from gold cardstock. Cut the three big leaves from the stem.

7. Place the Grateful for You sentiment from the Thanks for Being There stamp set onto the stamping platform lid. Place a small piece of white cardstock into the platform. Generously apply anti-static powder over the surface of the cardstock. Stamp the sentiment using Detail Black ink. Place the stamped sentiment on a piece of scrap paper and generously apply clear embossing powder to the sentiment. Shake off any excess and return the extra to the jar. Heat the sentiment with a heat tool until the embossing powder is shiny. Heating from the back helps to minimize bubbles. Cut the sentiment using the Grateful for You die from the Thanks for Being There Die set. Cut 2 blanks from white cardstock as well. Glue the blanks to the back of the prepared sentiment.

8. Assemble the elements of the card: use double sided tape to adhere the background panel to the cardbase. Use liquid glue to adhere all the other elements.

9. Finish the card by adding a few Metallic Pearls: Matte Gold. Adhere with liquid glue.

Finished!

Hope you enjoyed this week's card!
